Items must be returned in their original condition.
Once I receive the returned package:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
After receiving the returned item, I will send a replacement.
The buyer covers the return shipping cost
I cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
Order Cancellations
If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
